Corporate Secretary

In accordance with OJK Regulation No. 35/2014 and based on the Written Decision of the Board of Directors in Lieu of the Company’s Board of Directors Meeting regarding the Appointment of the Corporate Secretary No. 018/CO/KSI/IX/2024 dated September 6, 2024, the Company has appointed Febiana Rinasari, as the Company’s Corporate Secretary.

The functions and/or responsibilities of the Corporate Secretary as regulated in POJK No. 35/POJK.04/2014, among others, as follows:

  1. following the development of the Capital Market, especially the laws and regulations applicable in the Capital Market sector;
  2. providing input to the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners to comply with the provisions of laws and regulations in the Capital Market sector;
  3. assisting the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners in implementing corporate governance which includes:
  • disclosure of information to the public, including the availability of information on the Company’s Website;
  • submission of reports to the Financial Services Authority on time;
  • organization and documentation of General Meetings of Shareholders;
  • organization and documentation of meetings of the Board of Directors and/or Board of Commissioners; and
  • implementation of orientation programs for the company for the Board of Directors and/or Board of Commissioners.

 

As a liaison between the Company and the Company’s shareholders, OJK, and other stakeholders. The following are the secretaries appointed by the Company:

Company Secretary

Indonesian citizen, 46 years old, domiciled in Jakarta

He completed his education at San Jose State University, California, USA with a Master of Science in Taxation, after previously obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Santa Clara University, California, USA.

He began his career at KPMG LLP, USA from 2000 to 2003 as a Tax Associate & Senior Tax Associate, then he served as Senior Tax Accountant Rothstein at Kass & Company P.C, USA from 2004 to 2005. Furthermore, from 2005 to 2009 he served as Corporate Treasury Senior Supervisor at PT Kalbe Farma Tbk. From 2010 to 2019 he served as Corporate Treasury Manager until he served as Operational Senior Manager from 2020 to 2023 at PT Kalbe Farma Tbk.

His career continued as Operational Senior Manager at PT Griyainsani Cakrasadaya since 2023. He has also served as Secretary of the Company since 2024.
