His career also includes serving as Director at PT Kalbe Farma Tbk from 2000 to 2008, and serving as Commissioner from 2008 to the present. He currently also serves as President Commissioner of the Company.

After previously obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in 1993 at Loyola Marymount University, Los Angeles, USA and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Engineering Management at the University of Portland, Oregon, USA, in 1990.
He began his career as a Financial Controller at KC Pharmaceuticals Inc, USA from 1992 to 1994 and Plant Manager from 1994 to 1995. From 1995 to 1997, he served as Plant Manager & Quality Management Representatives (QMR) at PT Bintang Toedjoe, and as Marketing Manager Prescription Division at PT Kalbe Farma Tbk from 1997 to 1998. After that his career continued by serving as General Manager at PT Hexpharm Jaya Indonesia from 1999 to 2001, and he also served as Director at PT Dankos Laboratories Tbk from 2000 to 2001. His career continued to serve as President Director at PT Bintang Toedjoe from 2002 to 2007, and from 2006 to 2008 he served as Managing Director at Kalbe International Pte, Ltd Singapore.
He then served as Commissioner at PT Kalbe Farma Tbk from 2008 to 2015. And his career includes as Commissioner at PT Asuransi Mitra Maparya from 2009 to 2011, as President Director at PT Asuransi Mitra Maparya Tbk from 2011 to 2014, until serving as President Commissioner at PT Asuransi Mitra Maparya Tbk from 2014 to 2015. And he served as President Commissioner at PT Mitra Keluarga Sehat Tbk in 2014, as Commissioner at PT Ide Kreasi Indonesia in 2015.

After that he served as Corporate Treasurer at PT Enseval from 1992 to 1995, and became President Director at PT Tri Sapta Jaya from 1994 to 1996, and acted as Managing Director at PT Enseval Putera Megatrading from 1995 to 1996. His career continued to serve as President Director at PT Asuransi Mitra Maparya and President Commissioner at PT Asuransi AXA Indonesia from 1996 to 2012, as Commissioner at PT Panca Muara Jaya, the Company, and PT Mitsubishi UFJ Lease Indonesia from 1997 to 2012, as President Commissioner at PT Karya Cantika Kusuma from 2002 to 2017, and from 2001 to 2004 he served as a Member of the Indonesian Real Estate Financing/Banking Compartment, then he served as Chairman of the Indonesian Real Estate Capital Market Compartment from 2004 to 2007.
